今日はいつもとパターンを変えて、先日行われたRecruitment Meeting (アルバイト募集説明会)についてブログを書きたいと思います✨
Hello everybody!
This is the Saturday School office.
So today, we're making a twist to the blog content of sharing you all about our Recruitment Meeting for the "Student Staff" position.

 

現在サタデースクールには70名を超えるスチューデントスタッフと呼ばれるバイリンガルの学生スタッフが勤務しています

毎年メンバーは入れ替わりがありますが、約40カ国を超える国と地域に国籍やルーツのあるとっても国際的なスタッフ陣です！！

スタッフの中には元々Saturday Schoolの生徒だったという人たちもいて、在校生の学校生活がスムーズかつ安全に過ごせる様、子供たちを一番近くで見守ってくれています

筆者も小学生の頃はJust For Kidsに参加していたのですが(25年以上前のことなんですが 笑)、当時スチューデントスタッフと一緒に遊んだり勉強したりしたことが今でもすごく思い出に残っています

そんなスタッフだからそ採用は慎重に、丁寧に行うようにしています

Currently, we have about 70 Student Staff's who are bilingual or a native English speaker working at our program to look after our students.
Every term, we have a swtich of staff, but for now, we have staff from over 40 countries!! Isn't that super international!?
We have a couple Student Staff who were originally a student here in Saturday School or Just For Kids and came back applying as a Studnet Staff!!
It is great since they already know how our program works and know the techniques when dealing with certain situations.

I used to be a student here during Just For Kids myself (25 years ago...LOL), but I still remember the Student Staff who was helping me and supporting me back then! 
The Student Staff are a big part of a program, and has a lot of responsible jobs. That is why we are very serious about the hiring process here at Saturday School/ JFK

 

先日は３日間に渡り、サマープログラムJust For KidsとSaturday Schoolの秋学期に向けてスタッフの追加募集用Recruitment Meetingを行いました

今回の募集では十数名の募集となるのですが、なんと！70名を超える高校生や大学生が応募してくれました

本当にすごい人数ですよね！！！！

応募してくれた方の多くは前母体の関西学院大阪インターナショナルスクールや関西学院千里国際高校の生徒さん、または元々サマープログラムにに参加してくれていた大学生や高校生の皆さんです✨

こんなにも多くの学生さんがJust For KidsやSaturday Schoolに通う生徒の皆さんをサポートしたいと思ってくれているということが本当に嬉しいですね

この中から採用させて頂く事ができるのが限られているのが心苦しいのですが、これから書類審査や面接審査、トライアル審査を経て採用者が決まります！！

いま書類審査中ですが、とっても熱い想いを持った方が多いので、楽しみにしていてください♫★

Last week, we had a Recruitment Meeting for applicants who are interested in working during Just For Kids 2021 and Saturday School fall term. 
We aren't hiring so many this time, but there were more than 70 people from high school to University students who applied for the meeting!!!!
Most applicants who attended our meeting are from Senri Osaka International School (SOIS) which is very nearby!! 
We are so happy and thrilled to know that all these applicants are willing to help and support kids in Just For Kids and Saturday School!!!
As we would like to hire everybody, which we can't, all the applicants will be going through a tough application process.
The application process will contain, application form screening, Interview session and 2 trial days.
We are currently processing the application forms, but we can guarantee that there are many applicants who are strongly willing to take this responsible job.
